Returns & Warranty

30-days refund

Nordic Clays offers a 30-days refund on goods purchased on the website that has been delivered to the EU or UK, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The return period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Refund policy: Any opened clay pigeon boxes are EXCLUDED!

In order to process your return, we would like to notify you of the following conditions.

  • The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 calendar days after the delivery, and the products must be returned to us no later than 30 calendar days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us at your own expense according to our return policy. (A return must be filed and accepted before shipping anything!)
  • We will not accept Cash on delivery packages.

Please note that you are responsible for the condition of the product and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

If the purchase is canceled, Nordic Clays will evaluate the item's condition and if its been used excessively and not been taken care of properly. Once the evaluation has been done you will either receive a full refund or a deducted refund dependent on the condition of the item(s).

Warranty - EU & UK

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects on products bought through our website, must be reported to Nordic Clays in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Warranty - Rest of the world

For customers located outside the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), Nordic Clays provides a limited 2 year warranty covering defects in software, materials, and workmanship.

Complaints regarding defects or faults on products purchased through our website must be reported to Nordic Clays within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. We consider a maximum of two months to be a reasonable time, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

For customers outside the EU & UK, all shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping to and from Nordic Clays’ service facilities as well as any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or handling charges.

We pride ourselves in making long lasting products, except our clay targets of course.. But as time goes by, your warranty will eventually run out. Don’t worry, we got you covered.
