Please find below the details of our shipping and delivery policy for orders within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK).


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all countries within the EU, UK and Switzerland.


2. Pallet deliveries & Bulk orders

Products shipped on pallets, including target bundles, non-handheld machines, and other bulk orders, are excluded from our free small-parcel shipping offer.

Pallet freight is calculated based on the delivery destination and order size and will be displayed at checkout or quoted separately before dispatch.

Please note that delivery times for pallet shipments may differ from standard parcel services and are subject to carrier availability.


3. Free shipping on small parcels

We provide free shipping on all small-parcel orders above 200 € / 175 £ / 1500 DKK in the EU & UK.

  • Free shipping does not apply to the below non-mainland countries.
    • Malta
    • Cyprus

For the above countries shipping fees will always be applied during check-out. 

We ship to all countries within the EU, UK and Switzerland.


4. Delivery Times

a. EU Delivery

Shipping times vary for each country, please go to checkout to see the exact delivery time.

  • GLS - Home delivery: Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days.

  • UPS - Standard: Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days.

  • UPS - Express saver: Estimated delivery within 1 business days.

b. UK Delivery

  • UPS - Standard: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

  • UPS - Express saver: Estimated delivery within 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or adverse weather conditions.


5. Order Processing / Cut-off time

  • Orders are processed the same day, if the order has been placed before 12.00 (GMT +1). 

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


6. Customs & Duties

a. EU 

  • Orders shipped to the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or VAT.

B. UK

  • Orders shipped to the UK are all including VAT & customs duties.

C. Outside of EU & UK

  • All orders shipped outside of EU & UK are all excluding VAT & customs duties. 
    Extra costs will incur.


7. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team at support@nordicclays.com with your order number.

  • In the case of incorrect or incomplete addresses, we will not be able to change the delivery address once it's been shipped. Please contact the local shipping agent.
    Additional charges may apply for redelivery.


8. Returns & Refunds

9. Pre-Order items

Products marked as "Pre-Order" are not in stock at the time of purchase. Any delivery dates displayed are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing, testing, certification, supplier, or freight delays.
